We, a group of aviation personnel with a combined experience of over 80 years in both, commercial and military air transportation, are offering our experiences and knowledge to help rebuild airlines in the face of the current global pandemic.
We strive to provide a holistic approach in our ventures with the goal of giving our clients the confidence of data based, unbiased practical solutions, to optimise their resources whilst ensuring safety, product quality and profitability.

Captain Abdul Razak

Served in the Royal Malaysian Airforce as a commissioned officer and a pilot before joining Malaysia Airlines (MAS) as a pilot. After 19 years with MAS he obtained his LLB from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom; LL.M in Air and Space Law, University of Leiden, Netherlands and Diploma in Syariah Law from the International Islamic University, Malaysia. Founded two airlines when he was seconded to the Malaysian states of Sabah (Sabah Air) and Sarawak (Hornbill Airways) whilst serving in the RMAF

Dato’ Selvakumar Subramaniam

An established aviation professional with Royal Malaysian Air Force experience and over 25 years in the Civil Aviation Industry in management as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of a scheduled airline. He has wide experience in aircraft acquisition, managing aircraft lease contracts, flight operations, marketing, sales and business planning. His experience includes setting up the Malaysian Flying Academy (MFA) an ATO – and serving as its 1st Principal, Serving as Project Leader/ Interim Chief Operation Officer for a start-up Airline in Myanmar

Suppiah Subramaniam

He a fellow member of ACCA and CIMA, United Kingdom, Chartered Accountant (Malaysia) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has considerable experience in Aviation Finance after serving with Malaysia Airlines in various capacity and rising to the position of Executive Vice President (Finance) for the airline group. As head of the Finance Division he was involved with all of the airlines new projects – including finances for aircraft acquisition, unbundling of the airline’s services into wholly owned subsidiaries. This included the MRO, Inflight Catering and Ground Handling.

Megat Zabidi bin Megat Husain

He has considerable experience in banking; especially in financial feasibility evaluation; having been involved in many project developments during and after his long career at the Development Bank of Malaysia (‘DBM’) Megat Zabidi bin Megat Husain graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Production) at Canterbury University, Christchurch, and MSc in Production Management and Manufacturing Technology at Strathclyde University, Glasgow He was recruited by the Development Bank of Malaysia as its first Technical Officer in the first year that the Bank started operations. At the Bank he took on various roles in a career spanning 28 years, the last post being Senior General Manager.

Mr. Sitham

An Aircraft Engineer by profession with wide experience in the MRO business including Managing of Aircraft, Engine and Component overhaul facilities. Was a member of the pioneer team when Malaysia Airlines (MAS) was set up. Progressively built the MAS Engineering Division to a world class facility holding Regulatory Approvals from FAA, EASA and about 25 other Regulatory bodies. As VP Aerospace Development spearheaded the partnership with Airlines, MROs and the Manufacturers. Set up Joint-Ventures in Malaysia with GE Engines, Boeing Composites, Allied Signal, Hamilton Standard and MTU (Germany). This contributed to additional revenue streams, savings in forex, transfer of technology and development of skilled human capital. Was an active member of various Government aviation bodies including MIGHT, Malaysian Aerospace Council and MITI Aerospace Cluster Group. He also worked for Jetairways (India), heading the Technical Division and active in its development from a small domestic operator to be the largest private international airline of India. Was also involved in setting up of other MRO facilities in India.
